After much speculation over Catherine, the Princess of Wales being out of the public eye in the past few months, the 42-year-old British crown princess finally released a video message on Friday revealing that she is currently in the early stages of a preventative chemotherapy treatment after cancer was found following her abdominal surgery in January. However, she did not specify what kind of cancer it was.
“This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family,” she explained in her video message.
