Macau’s Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) has begun a 120-day project of renovating the Sai Van Lake Square’s boardwalk in front of Macau Tower, 20 years after the boardwalk was completed.
During the renovation project, which kicked off on 12 July, IAM will be replacing planks, fixing the base, updating bolts, as well as repainting, while keeping the original design, according to the bureau. The work areas are closed gradually, while some parts of the lower level will remain open. IAM will reopen the completed sections gradually. (Kaira Sam)
