The International School of Macao (TIS) celebrated this year’s Chinese New Year on 24 January with activities centred around the Tang Dynasty, aiming to immerse students, parents and staff members in the rich Chinese culture, according to a press release from the school.
The celebration featured a diverse array of activities and performances, including traditional dragon and lion dances, followed by student performances. One of the highlights was a fashion show displaying Tang Dynasty attires.
“Events like these not only enrich our students’ educational journey but also strengthen the bonds within our diverse community,” said TIS Chief Operations Officer Crystal Kuan.
