War-torn Ukraine is ready to be rebuilt as the nation is now eyeing overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), Counsellor of the Embassy of Ukraine in Malaysia, Denys Mykhailiuk, said during a press conference in Manila recently. He pointed out that his country will need “significant increase” in labour for the reconstruction of its war-ravaged cities. In addition to the OFWs, Filipino investors will be “very much welcomed” in Ukraine, according to Mykhailiuk, as reported by some media organisations in the Philippines.
