The University of Macau (UM) and the University of Lisbon (ULisboa) on 7 December signed a cooperation agreement for their joint dual doctoral degree programme. The agreement was signed (pictured) by UM Rector Yonghua Song and ULisboa Rector Luis Ferreira, as well as ULisboa Instituto Superior Tecnico President Rogério Colaço.
