The 22nd Macao City Fringe Festival will be held from 17-28 January, featuring 17 programmes and, as usual, a series of outreach activities. In addition, this year’s festival will continue to present the participatory exhibition “Art Exhibition for All” at the Former Iec Long Firecracker Factory (17-22 January) and the Areia Preta Urban Park (23-28 January), near the Areia Preta Health Centre, providing the public with a platform to showcase their creative works – upholding the concept of “All around the city, our stages, our patrons, our artists”. Interested parties are welcome to submit their artworks with completed application forms to the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) Building in Tap Seac from 8-12 January or improvise on the spot during the exhibition period. Forms and more information can be obtained from IC’s or the Fringe Festival’s websites. Tickets to the festival are on sale through MacauTicket.com or via 24-hour ticketing hotline (2855 5555).
