The popular flower exhibition venue at Avenida da Praia in Taipa, a favourite spot for local Macau people and tourists, is getting a much-needed refresh with makeover work launched by the city’s Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) on 21 July. The well-loved wooden walkway, that has been worn by the years of being used, is undergoing renovations in phases. Due to the construction work, some parts of the area are temporarily closed. The entire makeover project is expected to complete in early December. (Kaira Sam)
