US actor Val Kilmer, who starred as Batman in the 1995 blockbuster “Batman Forever”, died of pneumonia on 1 April (US time), aged 65, according to various media reports.
Kilmer’s other films include “Top Gun” (1986) and its 2022 sequel “Top Gun: Maverick”, as well as “The Saint”.
