Macau is ranked 8th on Euromonitor International’s list of “Top 10 Cities in International Arrivals 2024”, the London-based market research company founded in 1972 announced last month.
On the top of the list is Thai capital Bangkok, which recorded around 32.4 million international trips between 2023 and early December 2024, followed by Istanbul (Turkey) with 23 million international trips and London (United Kingdom) with about 21.7 million international trips.
Meanwhile, the neighbouring SAR, Hong Kong, placed four on the list, recording some 20.5 million international trips. (Gilbert Humphrey)
