British film and stage director Sam Mendes announced at CinemaCon in Las Vegas earlier this week that Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan, Harris Dickinson and Joseph Quinn will be starring as The Beatles in his upcoming biopic slated to be released in April 2028, according to various media reports.
Mescal will star as Paul McCartney, Quinn as George Harrison, Dickinson as John Lennon, while Keoghan will be Ringo Starr. All four appeared during the announcement and recited lyrics from the legendary English rock band’s hit song “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”.
The biopic will be split into four movies, each focusing on the individual lives of the band members. – GNM
