Malacañang Palace has warned the public of bogus government jobs after a scam was reported, with the victims reportedly having paid a huge amount of money in exchange for a government position. The eight victims apparently went to the Philippine presidential palace on 27 January for their supposed oath taking, only to find out they have fallen victim to scammers. The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is currently investigating the incident, according to several Philippine media reports.
