Holy Week isn’t a mandatory holiday here so I usually work but still attend church on Easter Sunday.

It is the time of celebration and recognition of Jesus’s resurrection and Him forgiving our sins. It is also a time to appreciate your family and friends and be grateful that they’re there for you.

What do you usually do during Easter in Macau?
Every year on Easter Sunday, our church, ICA Macau, has a sunrise baptism fellowship where we share breakfast and worship together, followed by listening to the testimonies by the brothers and sisters getting baptised that day. Apart from this, I try to quiet down and thank the Lord for what He has done for me.
What is the meaning of Easter to you?
It is a reminder of how faithful God is and how committed He is to His promises. He gave his one and only son so that no one would perish but have eternal life in Him. He has made a way for me to have life in abundance here on earth as well as in eternity.
