Two taxi drivers have been arrested in Hong Kong for overcharging undercover police officers posing as mainland Chinese tourists. One of the drivers charged HK$400 for a trip from Disneyland to Sha Tin, which would normally cost about HK$250, according to several Hong Kong media reports.
