The Macau Government Tourism Office’s (MGTO) “Experience Macao” roadshow in Jakarta, Indonesia opened on Thursday. The four-day event is held at the Central Park Mall through tomorrow, comprising various fun interactive zones, showcasing Macau’s colourful “tourism +” and highlighting the destination appeal for Indonesians as part of the local tourism office’s promotional campaign towards Southeast Asian markets. 

The roadshow’s opening ceremony on Thursday was officiated by MGTO Director Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, as well as the Assistant Deputy Director of Tourism Marketing for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau from Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Annissa Noviarny, along with representatives of several local tourism associations, according to MGTO. 

Meanwhile, the Jakarta roadshow also features performances by Indonesian singers and musicians like Lyodra Ginting, TBA band and boy group UN1TY, as well as lion dance and Portuguese folk dance performances, among others.
