The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) is currently showcasing 30 projects from the Bachelor in Portuguese-Chinese Translation Studies courses for the academic year 2022-2023 in a graduation exhibition entitled “Diversas” held at the university’s Kent Wong Exhibition Hall in the USJ’s Ilha Verde campus. The exhibition has been organised by the Department of Languages and Culture of the USJ’s Faculty of Arts and Humanities.

According to the organiser, Diversas is a multifaceted display of intercultural and linguistic dialogue between Portuguese and Chinese, as well as “the outcome of the students’ effort, dedication and talent, reflecting the diversity of these two very distinct languages, exploring translation and interpretation of texts, covering various genres, themes and fields of knowledge”.

The exhibition is open from 9 am to 7 pm every Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm every Saturday until 20 October. For more information visit USJ’s website.
